Arte Lisanti delivers through Express Courier “SDA” at the address you will provide us at the moment of your order (you can provide an alternative address).
SDA does not allow post office box delivery, nor general delibery.

ArteLisanti will create your small work of art with the utmost care and dedication respecting the execution and drying times; at the time of purchase we will tell you if the creation is ready for delivery and in this case we will ship the day after the payment has been made, otherwise we will create the creation for you; in this case the shipping time is about 25 working days from the display of the payment. Delivery times are approximately 2 working days throughout Italy and abroad depending on the country of destination.

If you exceed 25 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays and holidays) you have not yet received the email in which the shipping number is indicated, please contact ArteLisanti at info@artelisanti.it

We ship everywhere in the world, with no limits.

The shipping within Italy is free of charge; if you require a shipping abroad, delivery costs is 25 euro.

The Courier delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and can not make appointments. The courier will make two shipping attempts, after this period your package will be delivered in storage at the post office or SDA warehouse closer to your own address.
However you will be warned by Arte Lisanti.
