You can return or replace one or more products purchased, sending an email to the address email@example.com (except the custom-made creations) no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of your order.
The products must be returned to the courier within 14 days from the date of the information sent to the email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We reserve the right to refuse returns communicated or sent back late, or creations in non suitable conditions (ie that are not in the same condition in which you received them).
We thought about a simple return/replacement procedure, to make you enjoy your shopping experience even if your purchase does not satisfy you fully.
You can return any product received (excluding the customizations) within 14 days from delivery date.
- Be sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
- Send an e-mail to email@example.com you will receive informations as well as the waybill for your return.
- Prepare the package and stick the label (you will receive it via e-mail) on the box of the order (or on a box with the same characteristics of strenght) to cover the information of the first shipment.
- Book the pick up of the package at your favorite address. Contact SDA, by phone or online, in order to arrange a suitable pickup date and address.
You can always check the status of your return shipment on the SDA website using the tracking number that you can find on your copy preprinted label that will be sent by mail.
You can send your return only from the country in which you placed your order.
If you lost the return label, ask the same by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The reimbursement you receive includes the cost of the products made after shipping expenses (standard service level). For our return service, you will be withheld an amount equal to the original delivery charge. If you prefer, you can also choose a different courier from SDA. In this case the costs of return will be at your expense. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when we accept your return, within 3 working days from the date of delivery to our warehouse.
We would like to remind you that:
- We can only refund the properly returned products. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we can not issue a refund and the package will be sent back.
- At the moment there are no refunds and / or replacements for the customized creations.
After our warehouse receives your return and checks that all the requirements have been satisfied, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
You will receive a refund with the payment method agreed by mail;
The time for refund depends on the method of payment agreed (within 30 days from the date of the confirmation email).
You will receive a replacement product according to the agreements made, within 30 days from the shipment at our warehouse of the returning product.
